Jennifer Aniston disagrees with George Clooney's "brutal" comments about Matthew Perry



Jennifer Aniston and George Clooney have very different opinions on how to carry on Matthew Perry’s legacy.

The two longtime friends are mourning the shocking death of the Friends star, who died in late October, but are reportedly at odds over how to honor him.They are reportedly doing so

"Jennifer is steadfast in her determination to maintain a positive image of Perry, and this is a dramatic clash of perspectives," a source revealed to the National Enquirer via Radar Online.

"She wants to highlight the joy he brought into the world, and especially how happy he looked on the day he died," they added.

But Clooney, who was a close friend of the late actor, hopes to use Perry's life as a lesson to help others who can empathize with Perry's lifelong struggle with addiction.

"Known for his candid honesty, Clooney believes that speaking honestly about Matthew's challenges, especially his addiction, will provide valuable lessons that can help others facing similar struggles," the official said.

On October 28, 2023, Matthew Perry passed away. His death was ruled accidental, with one contributing factor being "the acute effects of ketamine."

Perry has been open about his struggle with addiction and said he wants to be remembered for helping others overcome their addictions.
