Taking to Instagram this week, the mother-of-two posted a video where Bell shared what Christmas morning is like for a mum.
In the clip, the Bad Moms actress can be seen opening the refrigerator door and grabbing a Red Bull and drinking it.
After taking a long sip, he put the drink back in the fridge.
"Seeing all my moms on Christmas morning - seeing you," the 43-year-old said.
Bell, who shares two daughters with husband Dax Shepard, said: “The fatigue is real. Do what you have to do without regret.”
Speaking at a SXSW panel in Austin, Texas, the star of Veronica Mars and Shepard opened up about parenting, with the Armchair Expert host saying, "Nothing compares to being a parent."
The Forgetting Sarah Marshall actress added: “This is the greatest thing that has ever happened to me.
“When you have setbacks in life, you come home and still be a dad,” Shepherd said. It is the most transformative experience. "You might feel like that's why you're here."
Bell shared at the Austin Convention Center that "being pregnant was so amazing," and spoke candidly about the joy that comes from "watching her girls play together."
She added, "Parenting in the first few months of isolation is very difficult - you need that community. We're all in this together. It doesn't matter, we're here for you. This is your village."
